Special clinic for Police:

A special clinic for the police and police families, “Noosandha” has been opened today.

The special police clinic opened commemorating the 82nd Anniversary of the Maldives Police Service was opened by the Home Minister, Umar Naseer and the Commissioner of Police, Hussain Waheed.

Pediatricians, Gynecologists, Orthopedics and general consultations are available in the new police clinic.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of “Noosandha”, Sub Inspector of Police, Dr. Mohamed Shujaau said the clinic contains the facilities to treat emergencies.

“The clinic has the facilities to treat emergencies for the police officers working day and night and for the families.” Dr. Shujaau said.

A special flag raising ceremony was held this morning to celebrate the 82nd Anniversary of the Maldives Police Service. A special prayer and the recitation of the Police Moto were conducted in the ceremony.
