AAA selling a resort

Deputy Managing Director of AAA Group, Ahmed Hamza says that the company is selling their Noonu atoll resort “Zitahli Kudafunafaru Resort.”

Hamza confirmed to Sun Media that they were selling the resort but did not say as to why.

The sale of the resort has been handed to JLL Hotels and Hospitality Group.

The five-star resort of Zitahli has 30 water villas and 20 beach villas along with a SPA, pool, a diving center and a fitness center.

The VP of JLL Hotels and Hospitality Group, Nihat Ecran said on their website that this is an excellent opportunity for investors.

JLL Resorts and Hospitality has sold six resorts in Maldives since 2012.
