Minister of Home Affairs Umar Naseer has urged protesters not to use sound systems after 11:00 p.m.
The minister said on Twitter:
To give public a good night of sleep, I call on the protestors not to use sound systems from 11pm. Request MPS to enforce the new timing.

As per existing regulations, using sound systems during protests is not allowed after midnight, and police often take action against groups that use them on the streets after this time.
