Windows of the Red Wave Plaza, which is owned by the MP Ahmed Saleem (Redwave Saleem) of the governing party, has been smashed.
The Managing Director of the Red Wave Group Ali Shaheem told Sun Media today that the two windows of their Red Wave Plaza on Saeed Kilegefaanu Magu was smashed around 3:15 a.m. last night by four people who came on motorcycles. He claimed it was a political attack.
“We knew that an attack was coming last night. Attack was coming so we made our security strong. Usually there are two people on security but last night we changed to four. But those people came on motorcycles and threw it through the window and left.” The MD said.
Damages have been done to Redwave Saleem’s shops in different political rallies. Recently, one of their vans carrying cargo was tipped over.
