Indian PM to visit Maldives on 15 March

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to visit the Maldives on 15 March.

Sources say that it is highly probable that the Prime Minister visits the Maldives after his visit to Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka confirmed on Friday a three-day visit by Modi on 13 March.

President Abdulla Yameen invited the Prime Minister to make a state visit to the Maldives, during his visit to India to take part in the Prime Minister’s inauguration.
