Ali Rasheed transferred to Drug Court, Zubair to Civil Court

Chief Judge of Civil Court Ali Rasheed Hussain has been transferred to Drug Court, and Drug Court Judge Zubair Mohamed has been transferred to Civil Court.

Sources have told Sun Online that the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) made this change following a request by Ali Rasheed.

Civil Court Judge Abdulla Ali will serve as the court’s chief judge until a new person is appointed to this post.

Both Ali Rasheed and Zubair have previously worked as judges of Criminal Court.
