Mahloof calls to release Nazim immediately

South Galolhu Member of Parliament Ahmed Mahloof has called to release former Defense Minister Colonel Retired Mohamed Nazim.

In a twitter message posted by Mahloof, it was stated that Nazim has been framed and he has called to release him immediately.

While Mahloof has called to release Nazim, opposition parties; Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) and Jumhooree Party (JP) have also called for his release in the protests held by these parties in the name of defending the Constitution.

Meanwhile, rumor is being spread in the country that Mahloof is going to leave the ruling party; Progressive Party of Maldives (PPM) and join JP.
