14-year-old crashes motorcycle into glass shop front in Mal

A 14-year-old boy has crashed into a shop in Malé, shattering its facade made of glass.

The accident took place at a shop located at the corner of Iskandar Magu and Nikagas Hingun, at 1:25 p.m. today.

The 14-year-old driving the motorcycle was uninjured in the accident, which left the shop front destroyed and the motorcycle damaged to some extent.

An eyewitness told Sun Online that the boy was speeding and lost control at the corner, and crashed into the shop.

This accident has been confirmed by a police official, who also said that no one was injured. The investigation is ongoing.
