STELCO: Fulidhoo electricity issue resolved

State Electric Company Limited (STELCO) has said that the electricity issue in Vaavu Fulidhoo, which experienced a power outage after two generators failed yesterday, has been resolved.

Assistant Director of STELCO Abdulla Nazir told Sun Online that a new generator has been supplied, and electricity has been restored in the island.

Electricity was cut off in Fulidhoo at 2:30 p.m. yesterday.
