Immigration Office established in Fuvahmulah

An Immigration Office has been established at Fuvahmulah and has started the service of issuing passport.

In an event held on Sunday, Defense Minister Colonel Retired Mohamed Nazim has inaugurated Immigration Office at Fuvahmulah.

Addressing in the event, Minister Nazim said that all the facilities except issuing visa to expatriates and receiving payments would be available from that Office.

Talking about different services provided to Fuvahmulah by the government, Minister said that as requested from Fuvahmulah Council, two Gynecologists and an Anesthesiologist have been provided to Fuvahmulah Hospital and a Pediatrician would be brought to that Hospital very soon.
