Five suspects arrested over murder case of Ali Rasheed released

Five out of the six suspects arrested over murder case of Ali Rasheed, Gaafu Dhaalu Thinadhoo Diamond villa has been released.

Police Media Official has on Sunday said to Sun Online that only one suspect is under arrest at present among the people who have been arrested over murder case of Ali Rasheed and that investigation of the case is still ongoing.

Police have arrested four people of ages 33, 39, 35 and 31 years old, a 41 year old woman and a 31 year old Bangladeshi man over the murder case.

Ali Rasheed, 79 has found murdered in the evening of 4 April 2013 from a store room of Ali Rasheed’s home. While injuries on face and different parts of the body were evident from Ali Rasheed, blood stains have been found from the store room as well.
