Individual arrested with a snake and alcohol bottles

Police have seized bottles of alcohol with a snake after checking a house of Male’.

A 32 year old Maldivian has been arrested at around 3:00 pm today under an operation held by drug Enforcement Department upon information received to Police Intelligence. Police have seized bottles of alcohol and the snake from that man’s residence.

Police have checked the person’s house under warrant issued by the Court and have found 95 bottles of alcohol, a seven feet long snake and two guns used to kill fishes.
