Forum on investment opportunities held for Malaysian delegation

An information session has been held for the visiting delegation of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, regarding investment opportunities in the Maldives.

The session, held at the STELCO conference hall today, was attended by the members of the Malaysian delegation and senior officials of Maldivian ministries.

Information provided at the session include a video presentation detailing investment opportunities related to the iHaven project, the Ibrahim Nasir International Airport development project, tourism projects, housing projects, and environment projects.

The Malaysian team will meet with the Minister of Economic Development, officials of Maldives Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and officials of leading local businesses, during their three-day visit to the Maldives.
