Three people injured in accident at Addu City taken to hospital

Treatment has been started from Hithadhoo regional Hospital to three people who were injured in an accident occurred at Addu city on Saturday evening.

Police media official said that three people suffered injuries in the accident which occurred when two motorcycles collided near the previous Hidhadhoo Police Station building (that was burnt on 8 February 2012) on Saturday evening.

Official said that three people who have been injured were under treatment at Hithadhoo regional Hospital and police have started investigating the accident.

Several dangerous accidents have occurred in Addu City this year. Some of the people who suffered injuries in these accidents have been died while under treatment.
