Crane topples over building under construction

A crane toppled over a building under construction in Henveyru, Male’.

This incident occurred at around 9:25 p.m. on Monday. The crane toppled over the building under construction and the roof of the house adjacent to the building under construction, which were located just opposite to Henveyru Grounds of Majeedhee Magu. The toppled RKL’s crane has been damaged badly after tilting forward and falling over the building.

Police media official said that no one was injured in that incident and Police with Maldives National Defence Force were trying to remove the crane.
