WHO funds Technical and Vocational Training Course for health sector

Health Ministry has assigned Focus Education Center to conduct an Information Technology (IT) course for staff of health sector.

Sales Manager Focus Education Center, Aishath Nisha and Acting Health Minister and Defense Minister Mohamed Nazim signed the agreement in an event held at Health Ministry today.

Speaking in the event, Minister Nazim said that World Health Organisation (WHO) has funded the course designed for staff working in IT departments of health facilities.

Minister Nazim said that the cost of this project is MVR 65,000, and staff from ten atolls of Maldives would be invited to participate in that course.

Technical and Vocational Education Training course was designed for a duration of 85 days.
