Missing man found sleeping under palm tree

The man who went missing in Laamu Gan last night, has been found sleeping under a coconut palm.

Sun Online correspondent in Gan Ali Wafir said that Abdulla Naseer, G. Waterloo, Male’, was found sleeping under a coconut palm near the beach on the eastern side of the island.

Abdulla Naseer was in good condition when he was found.

Wafir said, “He is still sleeping, and breathing fine. He was sleeping when he was found by police and MNDF officers, and a group of people from the island.”

Police launched a search operation after the 50-year-old man was reported missing by his family, at 11:24 p.m. yesterday (Tuesday).

Abdulla Naseer is married to a woman from Gan and was visiting the island for Eid holidays.
