Rishwan appointed Deputy Director of Operations at IGMH

Former Deputy Commissioner of Police Mohamed Rishwan has been appointed as the Deputy Director of Operations at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).

Spokesperson for the President’s Office Ibrahim Muaz told Sun Online that President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom made this appointment on 24 September.

Rishwan resigned from Maldives Police Service after eight years of service, on 12 July 2011.

President Yameen has also constituted a board to manage IGMH, Vilimale’ Hospital, and Hulhumale’ Hospital.
