A petition regarding missing Minivan News journalist Ahmed Rilwan, with 5,000 signatures, has been submitted to the Parliament Committee on National Security.

The petition was submitted by Rilwan’s family.

Speaking to reporters afterwards, Rilwan’s brother Moosa Rilwan said that he hopes for progress in the search efforts for Rilwan, as a result of the petition.
