Jameel, Ameeth elected as Chief Whips of PPM Parliamentary Group

Gemanafushi MP Jameel Usman and Maduvvari MP Mohamed Ameeth have been elected as the Chief Whips of the Parliamentary Group of Progressive Party of Maldives (PPM).

They were elected to this post by drawing lots, at a meeting of the party’s Parliamentary Group held today.

In addition to Jameel and Ameeth, Baarah MP Ibrahim Shujau, Dhidhdhoo MP Abdul Latheef Mohamed, Mahchangolhi-South MP Abdulla Sinaan, Mahibadhoo MP Ahmed Thorig, Inguraidhoo MP Ibrahim Falah, Nilandhoo MP Abdulla Khaleel, and Hulhudhoo MP Mohamed Shahid also act as Whips of the Parliamentary Group of PPM.
