Foreigner injured in accident at Male

A foreign national has been injured in an accident involving a lorry and a vehicle used for lifting containers at Male’ Commercial Harbour.

This has been confirmed by the police, who have not yet revealed the extent of the lorry-driver’s injuries.

A senior official of Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) has also confirmed to Sun Online that an accident has taken place at the area.
