Road construction begins in Kulhudhuffushi

Road construction has begun in Haa Dhaalu Kulhudhuffushi yesterday, under a project signed between the government and Maldives Road Development Corporation.

The project was kicked off by Chairman of the Maldives Road Development Corporation Khalid Abdulla at 10:00 a.m. Friday morning. Khalid Abdulla told Sun that laying of tar on the 720 metre Iskandar Magu will be completed within three months.

A total of 5.8 kilometres of road will be constructed in Kulhudhuffushi under this project.
