Three arrested for attempted attack on Police while at home

Three people have been arrested for attempting to attack a Police officer using a knife, while the officer was at home.

A Police Media Official said that a group entered the residence of the officer, M. Raiymuiyge, at around 12:20 today. They tried to attack him using a knife, but the officer escaped without any injury.

Last night, three police patrol officers were attacked and assaulted. Threats and attacks on Police and their families have increased lately.
