Youth Ministry launches project to develop Sultan Park

Ministry of Youth and Sports has launched a project to develop Sultan Park, under which the park has been cleaned by officials today.

Minister of Youth and Sports Maleeh Jamal told reporters that further efforts will be made to restore the park to its previous state.

He said that this includes putting a fence around the park, and developing it to facilitate holding weddings and children’s parties.

Maleeh Jamal said that a Tourist Information Centre will also be established at Sultan Park for visiting tourists.

He said that the project is aimed at making the park a tourist attraction, and a cleaner place with more greenery.
