Committee renamed

President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has renamed the Airport Development Advisory Committee as the Airport Development Advisory Board.

Minister of Economic Development Hon. Mohamed Saeed was appointed chairman of the newly constituted board. Other members appointed to the Board are include; Minister of Tourism Ahmed Adeeb Abdul Gafoor, Minister of Youth and Sport Mohamed Maleeh Jamal and Salah Shihab.

Airport Development Advisory Committee was established by former president Dr Mohamed Waheed Hassan Manik in February 2013 to advise the government in the management and development of Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (INIA).
