Ibrahim Muaz appointed President

President Yameen’s former campaign spokesperson Ibrahim Muaz Ali has been appointed the new Spokesperson at the President’s Office today.

Sun is aware that President Yameen offered the position to Muaz, but it is unclear whether Muaz has been officially appointed.

Muaz previously served as the Communication Director at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and is best known for his work with the State broadcaster, Television Maldives (TVM).
