The President’s Office has today opened for applications for the position on the Elections Commission left vacant following the resignation of Ogaru Ibrahim Waheed.

The President’s Office published an announcement today calling for the applications for position on Elections Commission in the government gazette.

President’s Office said the office will accept applications from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. excluding weekends and public holidays. The deadline for the application is 3:30 p.m. on 4 November.

Application form and declaration can be downloaded from the President’s Office website, the announcement read.
