Elections Commission’s toll free number dedicated to clarify the voters’ list registration details has gone out of service.
The commission called for the public to file complaints regarding the voters’ list between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. today, allowing a 9-hour window.
The number, 1414, which is also enabled to reply to SMS queries, states that it has “problem connecting to information server” when prompted. The number is busy when dialed.
Elections Commission was unavailable for comment at the time of press.
