More than $100,000 stolen from Relax Inn

Over $100,000 has been stolen from Relax Inn hotel.

A police media official told Sun Online that the incident took place sometime this morning and that it was reported to the police at around 13:30.

He said that the total amount, stolen from a safe in the hotel, is $122,000.

A Maldivian has been arrested, and efforts are under way to find the stolen money, said the police.
