The Civil Court has ordered the Ministry of Islamic Affairs to evaluate the proposals submitted by the four companies that were earlier denied permission to take people to Hajj.
The ruling states that Islamic Ministry acted against the policy on taking people to Hajj when it decided not to evaluate the four proposals.
The Islamic Ministry was thus ordered to evaluate the proposals by Al Fat’h Hajj Private Limited, Al Manaasik Private Limited, Al Safaa Hajj and Umra Private Limited and Classic Hajj and Umra Private Limited, and to grant them the permission according to the policy on taking people to hajj.
