The Bank of Maldives (BML) has launched the Visa Infinite Credit Card, becoming the first bank in the country to introduce this prestigious product, and the first metal card ever issued in the Maldives.
The launch marks a milestone in BML’s efforts to deliver premium banking experiences and world-class payment solutions to Maldivian customers.
Visa Infinite is designed for those seeking refined living, offering a suite of exclusive benefits across travel, lifestyle, and entertainment.

The cardholders can enjoy VIP status at luxury hotels, seamless airport experiences—including fast-track immigration, personalized Meet and Assist, and access to over 2,000 premium lounges worldwide.

Eligible customers must earn at least MVR 127,000 per month to apply for the card, which represents the highest tier of Visa credit.

The launch builds on BML’s legacy as a pioneer in payment solutions, having introduced Visa cards to the Maldives in 2002 and the country’s first Shari’ah-compliant Visa credit card last year.
BML currently offers a full range of Visa products, including Classic, Gold, and Platinum credit cards, as well as Classic and Platinum debit cards.
