The Ministry of Transport has announced that the registration of damaged or destroyed vehicles will be cancelled starting next month, even if the vehicles have outstanding annual fees or penalties. In a statement issued Monday, the ministry said many vehicle owners face difficulties when attempting to cancel the registration of motor vehicles that are no longer usable. To ease this burden,
