Raudh Ahmed Zilal - the last person known to have been with a young woman who was found injured on a rooftop of building in Male’ on April 18 – has been pressed with a charge that carries a one-month prison sentence over his failure to aid her despite knowing that she fell from the ninth floor of the next-door
