Former president Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayyoom states the current administration is unable to investigate cases of head of state-owned companies who have resigned following corruption allegations as such an investigation would bring up President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu’s name. Ibrahim Fazul Rasheed, who was initially appointed the managing director of Housing Development Corporation (HDC) after the current administration assumed office, resigned at
