The Eid al-Fitr prayer will be performed in congregation in 27 locations across the greater Male’ area, including sports stadiums.
In an announcement on Sunday, the Islamic Ministry said that the Eid prayer will begin at 07:00 am.
The prayer will be performed in mass congregation at the Maafannu Stadium in Male’, the Synthetic Track in Hulhumale’, and the Boalha Stadium in Vilimale’.
The prayer will also be performed in 24 mosques across the capital.
