This tropical chilled treat combines creamy sago with sweet mangoes and tangy passionfruit.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup uncooked sago seeds
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 cups of peeled mango chunks
- 2 passionfruit
- ½ cup condensed milk
How to make:
- Mix mango and condensed milk in a blender.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mango mixture with passionfruit seeds.
- Cook the water and coconut milk in a pot in high heat. Add in the vanilla essence.
- Once the coconut milk starts to boil, add in the sago seeds and turn down the heat. Stir from time to time to avoid the sago seeds turning sticky. It will take 15-20 minutes to cook the sago.
- Take out cups, and pour the sago first. Add in the mango-passionfruit mixture and continue to layer as desired.
- Chill for minimum two hours before serving.
