First Maldivian developmental pediatrician, Fazna, begins consulting at IGMH

Dr. Aminath Fazna, the first Maldivian developmental pediatrician, has begun consulting at the Indhira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).

IGMH made the announcement on Thursday.

Fazna has returned to Male’ after completing three years of specialized training from the National University of Malaysia and the University of California, USA.

According to the IGMH, she skilled in conducting comprehensive developmental and diagnostic assessments for autism, ADHD, learning disability and various developmental disorders in children, utilizing top-tier standardized assessments such as the Bayley-4 and ADOS-2.
