Bank of Maldives (BML) services were interrupted on Thursday owing to technical issues.
The bank on X said that due to the said technical issues, BML’s card services including cards used on Payment Gateway, POS machines and ATMs had been interrupted.
“We’re working to resolve this as soon as possible,” BML said in its post on X and apologized to the bank’s customer base for the inconvenience.
The bank later on the same post confirmed that the issue has been resolved.
BML’s services including its digital banking services often face interruptions during upgrade works as well. These interruptions however, are often resolved within a short period.
