It is compulsory on us to learn from the Prophet

President Dr Mohamed Waheed Hassan Manik has said that it is compulsory on us to learn wisdom from the Prophet’s life.

The president said this in his greeting message to Maldivian citizens on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi.

The president urged Maldivians to strengthen unity, and to recall the priority given in Islam to solidarity and the steadfast policies employed by the Prophet when establishing the first Muslim nation.

The president advised Maldivians to hold strongly onto their faith in Islam, and said that it gives him great pleasure to extend greetings to citizens of Maldives on this auspicious day.
