MPL clears 256 containers on Thursday

Maldives Ports Limited (MPL), on Thursday, cleared 256 containers of goods.  

As per the daily statistics publicized by the company tonight – the 256 containers cleared comprise of 80 containers measuring 20 feet and 88 containers measuring 40 feet.

The goods in these containers included:

  • 165 sacks of cabbage
  • 1,120 sacks of onion
  • 75 banana bunch
  • 1,460 sacks of potato
  • 200 sacks of watermelon
  • 5,320 cartons of eggs
  • 50 crates of eggplants
  • 25 crates of cucumber
  • 40 crates of chilli
  • 30 crates of okra
  • 82 crates of mango
  • 630 crates of mango
  • 33 crates of rock melon
  • 60 crates of sweet melon
  • 864 crates of tomato
  • 4 sacks of beetroot
  • 50 sacks of coconut
  • 10 sacks of lime
  • 40 sacks of wax gourd
  • 22 cartons and 22 crates of starchy produces 

 

MPL cleared 108 containers on Tuesday while they cleared 215 containers on Wednesday.
