Tree Top Hospital begins using latest MRI machine

Tree Top Hospital has brought a new MRI machine into service, equipped with the latest imaging technologies and staffed by specialized radiologists and radiographers.

As per the hospital, its state-of-the-art, Radiology Department, now has two MRI machines which will greatly improve waiting time for patients.

They described the latest additional to have an enhanced scope of service allowing for Cardiac Imaging and Neurology Imaging such as MRI Cardiac, MRI Tractography, MRI Functional, MRI Peripheral Angiogram, MRI Liver iron quantification, MRI Fetal, MRI Defecogram, MRI Aortogram, MRI Cartilage Mapping and  MRI Wholebody among many new services.

In addition to this, the new MRI machine allows for enhanced patient experience such as colorful ambient visual and sound experiences for the patients with wall projections and beautiful ambient themes, which will help reduce claustrophobia including picturesque scenes, option to play recitations of Holy Quran, or customized soothing sounds. The visual and sound entertainment features like the music and video and lightening ambiance greatly help to reduce anxiety and improve the patient experience.

Moreover, as the machine has no radiation this also means that bystanders can accompany the patient inside the room with total safety, improving patients to relax and have a comfortable experience.
