FSC and SSTV collaborate to raise awareness on fertility issues

Fertility Support Community (FSC) and SSTV have signed an agreement to conduct community awareness programs, today.

Asha Hussain, founder and president of the community, signed the agreement on behalf of the FSC at a ceremony held at Sun Siam Media today. Chief Content Officer of Sun Siyam Media, Mohamed Zaheen, signed on behalf of SSTV.

Under the agreement, a program will be broadcast on SSTV to provide detailed information to those suffering from fertility problems in the society. 

FSC Exclusive Media Director Aishath Mihuna Nasih said the programs provide a way to impart detailed information to the public on important issues.

“The upcoming program will provide very important information to those suffering from fertility problems in the community,” Mihuna said.

She also said that she hopes to strengthen the relationship between the FSC and SSTV and work together in the future.

Speaking on the occasion, SSTV's Head of Programs Aiminath Haifa said the discussions on World Fertility Day will be broadcast on SSTV.

“With the help of relevant experts and the support of the fertility support community, a series of programs will be brought to the audience,” Haifa said.

Haifa said she hopes that FSC will continue to work with SSTV in the future.
