Adhurey: Will stop calling India Out on Yameen’s instructions

President of opposition People’s National Congress (PNC) Abdul Raheem Abdulla (Adhurey) has stated that even in the future they will stop calling ‘India Out’ only on former President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom’s instructions

Speaking with the media on Tuesday, he said that the party is functioning entirely on Yameen’s instructions, and that calling for ‘India Out’ will end on his orders only.

Meanwhile, The Democrats who formed an alliance with the Progressive Coalition has said that even if they agreed to work together, they would not be able to do so if the opposition continues calling for ‘India Out’.

Previously, the newly formed political party branching out from Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) has said that they do not follow a policy of encouraging parties to act in a manner that may strain diplomatic relations with other countries, and stressed its averseness towards such acts.
