Bus crashes into parked motorbikes

A minibus crashed into parked motorbikes on a road in Male’ City on Tuesday, damaging at least seven vehicles.

The accident took place around 08:00 am, on Ameer Ahmed Magu, between Islamic Center and Republic Square.

Ali Maseeh, who witnessed the crash, told Sun that the accident took place as the bus neared the bus stop.

“I asked the driver what happened. He said he fell asleep,” said Maseeh.

The accident did not result in any injuries, but damaged seven motorbikes.
