Saudhulla appointed deputy minister at Transport Ministry

Saudhulla Ahmed has been appointed a deputy minister at Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation.

He has previously served as the chairman of Greater Male’ Industrial Zone.

The last post held by him prior to his appointment was the post of a regional director in Regional Airports Company Limited.

He is the fourth deputy minister appointed to Transport Ministry. The remaining three deputy ministers are Hidhaya Naseer, Hamdhu Abdul Ghanee and Ali Shimaaz.

Saudhulaa is a member of the government’s coalition partner, Jumhoory Party (JP). The current Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation is Nahula Ali, the wife of JP’s Leader Qasim Ibrahim.
