Roads at Hiyaa Flat area opened for public use following completion

Roads located near Hiyaa Flats developed at Hulhumale’ Phase II has been opened for public use, following the completion of asphalt laying works.

Laying asphalt on the roads located near Hiyaa Flats had commenced mid-last year. Although the initial goal was to complete the work by November, it had not reached completion by then.

The work of laying asphalt on the roads was contracted to one of India’s leading export companies, Mohan Mutha.

HDC said that work on all roads located near Hiyaa Flats is now complete. They added that the roads have been opened for public use starting today.

With the roads being complete, many believe that the issues faced by pedestrians, drivers and residents of Hiyaa flats using the roads will be solved.
