Applications open for Anti-Corruption Commission membership

The President’s Office has opened applications for membership at the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC). 

The vacancy announcement comes in the wake of the resignation of ACC member Ali Ashraf last week. 

The deadline for applications is 12:30 pm on December 16.

The application form, agreement and criminal record form are available from the reception of the President’s Office during official hours. They are also available for download on the President’s Office website.

Interested parties have been invited to submit their applications to the reception of the President’s Office from 09:30 am to 12:30 pm from December 15-16.

ACC is composed of five members, including the president and vice president. 

However, with Ashraf’s resignation, the commission currently has four members. They are: 

  • Mariyam Shiuna, president 
  • Fathmath Anoola, vice president 
  • Ibrahim Shakeel 
  • Aishath Abdulla
