Due to a lack of eligible applicants, the Tourism Ministry has reopened for bids to develop a tourist hotel in the island of N. Manadhoo.
An announcement made by the Ministry today read that bids for the development of a hotel in an area of 132,000 feet in the island initially announced on February 3, had not received applications by eligible parties. The bid for the city hotel was now once again open due to this reason.
Interested parties can clarify information in a session to be held on March 29 via Zoom. Bids are to be submitted by 10:00, April 8.
To take part in the zoom meeting for information, parties are to register before March 28, 14:00 by emailing to [email protected] The email is to include the name of the party, email address, and contact details.
The reopening of the bid in Manadhoo comes after the government awarded a similar project to Fedo Investments to develop a hotel in HA. Kelaa.
