ADK Hospital reduces rate for COVID-19 PCR test

ADK Hospital has announced the decision to reduce the rate for COVID-19 PCR tests offered by the hospital.

ADK Hospital announced that starting Tuesday, COVID-19 PCR tests will be available for MVR 700 for locals and work permit holders, and for USD 45 for tourists.

The hospital said they made the decision to reduce their rate to ensure people have access to PCR test services at the lowest rate possible at such a critical time.

 ADK also noted that the price of equipment needed to conduct PCR tests have dropped in the global market and have become more accessible.

The hospital said they therefore reduced the rate in order to ensure people benefit from the changes.
