Four more people have tested positive from the island of HA. Baarah.
The island was placed under monitoring mechanisms after nine people who completed home-quarantine on the island tested positive for the virus. The island council received complaints from some residence that contact had been made between the nine individuals and others on the island.
Baarah Council President Ali Shameem said to Sun that four more from the island had tested positive for the virus up until last night. The positive cases did not include an elderly individual. Shameem had clarified that the initial nine cases included an elderly individual of high-risk.
They were not individuals in quarantine and that contact tracing on these individuals was also underway.
